The cosy Nives restaurant, with wine cellar, wine bar and rustic Stube (traditional Tyrolean parlour) which dates from 1859, is located in the middle of Selva Val Gardena right on the village square “Nives” and offers the ideal setting for a delightful lunch or romantic dinner in a sophisticated atmosphere. Our cuisine impresses guests with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, home-made pasta creations, the finest meat and fish specialities, as well as delicious desserts, which offer great variety depending on seasonal availability. High quality regional products and the lightness of Mediterranean cuisine form a perfect union. 18:30 to 22:00 in winter
18:00 to 21:30 in summer
In the afternoon we serve snacks and various desserts from our Nives bar.
