The cosy Restaurant Nives, with wine cellar, wine bar and rustic Stube (traditional Tyrolean parlour) dating back to 1859, is located in the middle of Selva Val Gardena, right on the Nives village square and offers the ideal setting for a delightful lunch or romantic dinner in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our cuisine impresses guests with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, homemade pasta creations, fine meat cuts, meat and cheese fondues, as well as delicious desserts, with seasonal specialities ensuring plenty of variety. High-quality regional products and the lightness of Mediterranean cuisine form a perfect union. The wine list, featuring more than 550 labels, offers a diverse selection to perfectly complement your meal. For special occasions and private moments, two exclusive Private Dining areas are also available.
