The newly designed restaurant, with large glass fronts and direct view of Selva’s village square, combines modern design with a welcoming atmosphere. Carefully selected details create an inviting setting for culinary experiences both at lunchtime and in the evening.
Nives Stube
The original, restored farmhouse parlour dating back to 1859 tells the story of South Tyrolean customs and rural life in times gone by. Four tables and its charming, rustic character make the Nives Stube a particularly cosy setting for relaxed and enjoyable moments.
Private Dining in the wine cellar
Dinner in the characterful wine cellar of our restaurant is a truly special experience. The only table can be reserved for 2 to 6 people for a romantic dinner or a special occasion with family and friends. Surrounded by around 550 carefully selected wine labels, you can enjoy exquisite dishes in a unique atmosphere and complete privacy.
Private Dining in the Big Bottle Cellar
The Big Bottle Cellar is an exceptional venue for events and private celebrations for groups of 6 to 14 people. Around the large table, you can enjoy undisturbed moments in an exclusive setting, surrounded by around 110 artfully displayed magnum bottles. The Big Bottle Cellar is home to one of South Tyrol’s largest collection of magnum bottles.
