Our in-house wine cellar offers fine wines, primarily from South Tyrol and the rest of Italy, as well as international labels from some of the best wineries.

Wine lovers will feel right at home at Restaurant Nives, because our modern wine cellar houses more than 550 different labels: fine white and red wines from the best wine-growing regions, exquisite Champagne and elegant wines from Italy, France and around the world. Our focus is on South Tyrolean wines from some of the region’s most prestigious wineries. Take a look at our wine list and enjoy!
Wine bar
Enjoy a good bottle of wine in the convivial atmosphere of the restaurant’s wine bar. We also serve a large selection of wines by the glass. If you choose a bottle, however, you are welcome to take home any remaining wine in an elegant wine bag. We are delighted to offer you this service!
Wine tasting
With a carefully curated wine collection, sommelier training and the South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award, host Alex Linder has turned his passion into a profession. As part of our weekly wine tasting in the pleasantly tranquil atmosphere of Nives Wine Bar, you can sample a representative selection of South Tyrolean wines. Private wine tastings for special occasions can also be arranged on request.
